I will not tell you about the worst company. I will tell you about an owner who is a cheap person and worst CEO having an egoistic mind and runs a company named Techies Infotech in Amritsar.
The person describes himself as an entrepreneur and has got nothing.
I have never seen such a cheap person in my life, who demotivates the employees. He shows himself as a member of the Amritsar founder organisation but in his own company, he cries in front of the employees for money.
By the way, he does not let anyone stay in his company more than 6-8 months and keep hiring so that he should not have to increment salaries. Hence the hiring continues in worst company techies infotech.
There is no HR in this company. That is why they do not know professionalism. The owner will discuss your salary in front of the digital marketing manager whether you are a web designer or on any profile. There is no sense and ethics. It is not the professionalism, it is called dukandari.
Now, May I tell you why I am calling the owner the cheap CEO.
When lockdown started in the country, he gave unpaid leaves to some employees and deducted 50% salaries of the rest of the employees even without any client loss. He just told that he was in loss due to the pandemic but the manager himself told that there was no loss and took advantage of the crises.
In the lockdown period, he hired up to 10 new employees and terminated the rest of the employees who were on unpaid leaves. He sent termination mail without any notice and without any discussion, by giving silly reasons of COVID19 and money loss. You can ask any previous employee of techies infotech, all the reviews would be the same that how disgusting the owner is.
Even he messaged personally to the employees to resign from the job and created pressure on many employees.
I think you can understand how much difficult it is for an employee to work in the worst company where you cannot get your own salary and where the owner is flamboyant.
